Sprint Contract Terminated!!

My fiance wanted to drop Sprint and join Verizon so we could share minutes on a family plan. When we called to cancel, the idiot CSR claimed her contract didn't expire until November. Luckily, I don't take BS for an answer. After browbeating the first and second CSR into getting a manager on the phone, I got them to admit they couldn't prove she had a 2 year contract. As a result, Sprint is gone and Verizon has both our accounts.
