It seems like a get a BB&B or Linens and Things coupon for 10% off every other week. Furthermore, 20% off coupons seem to come on a monthly basis
Since my fiancé and I are set up separately, we get 2 coupons each time.
Since everyone knows these coupons are coming, why pay full price?

I sure don't! I always wait until I have a 20% coupon, then I go. But I only go there a few times a year, so it is easy to wait it out.
We keep the 20% coupons in a stack in our filing system, often our local store will even accept them if they are expired because they know they release them so much.
